My Wellness Philosophies

  1. Your health and well-being are my priority - As a client of BC Wellness, you are putting your trust in me to guide you on the right path. Your goals become my goals, and I will tailor your exercise & nutrition plans to fit your specific goals.​​

  2. "Don't let 'perfect' be your enemy. Pretty good is a hell of a lot better than nothing at all" - I owe this one to my good friend, and mentor, Jeff Schuman. Sometimes you just can't give the full 100% effort. The important thing is that you give 100% of what you can.

  3. The best diet & exercise plan is the one you can stick to - "Do keto & HIIT!" "Lift heavy & eliminate fat from your diet!" "Try intermittent fasting & lots of cardio!" If you are miserable doing it, it won't stick. If the habit doesn't form, your results and progress will be temporary and regression is inevitable. Slow and steady wins the race.

  4. Try to be a better version of yourself today than you were yesterday - We can only move forward in our wellness journey. Cheat on your diet or skip a workout? Fight the urge to overcorrect by depriving yourself or doing extra exercise. Don't dwell on what you didn't do yesterday, just do what you can with today.

  5. Appreciate the process - The work is hard, but the work is everything
